The sales advisor listened to our needs and responded accordingly without making us feel pressured therefore enabling us to browse in a relaxed environment.

The sales assistant Howard was friendly and knowledgable without being pushy. He explained the bed's features in detail and advised about the trial period for the mattress.

Gary was extremely polite in greeting us upon entry to the store. He did not 'overcrowd' us. We walked around the store, he was there to answer our questions. He offered valuable advise in helping us choose both the bedframe and the mattress, including two pillows to help us get comfy on the beds! We were originally just looking for a mattress, but ended up buying a bedframe too!
