Helpfull staff. Liked the colour coding of beds, made choosing easier.

On entry the salesman welcomed us with a smile and took time to understand our requirements and budget. He gave an informative demonstration of different mattress types, and expertly demonstrated product that meet our needs

The assistant provided clarification and help in discussing our needs and the eventual purchase.

When the sales man first approached us I thought "oh here we go, high pressure sales talk coming up". I couldn't have been more wrong. Jamie gave us a good intro to the store and how it works and time on our own to try and discuss. Keeping in contact with us when he could see we were confused or had questions. The balance was perfect, there when needed and giving us space when needed. We didn't feel at all under pressure.

We found everything we were looking for with the help of Emma who knew a lot about the products and made everything a lot more simpler. Overall our experience at dreams was made by Emma, she was so nice and very welcoming.
