I was very happy with the service received from your sales assistant Jamie. His knowledge was great in helping me make that all important decision on purchasing my teenage sons new bed. Thank you for all your help. Very polite and even got offered a hot drink. Would definitely recommend Dreams at Gillingham Business Park.

Gary showed the ability of assessing what we were looking for and translating that into a selection of beds that would potentially suit our needs. A nice touch was providing us with 2 pillows (which we later purchased, a touch of product placement there but there were good so we bought them). What we liked was that we were left alone to go round and decide on what bed we liked without having someone follow you round like in other stores we had visited. The kids area was great for out 2 small children which kept them entertained.

Excellent customer service provided by a gentleman called Jamie, without his knowledge and expertise we would not likely to have purchased, he is an excellent sales person and no sign at all of being pushy.

Customer service at Dreams was perfect. The lady (Emma) who helped us was very polite & knowledgeable understanding the reasons to why we were looking for a new matress & guided us to help make the right choices & showing us several choices to choose from. I felt no pressure to buy. I would definatly recommed friends to shop at Dreams.

Staff very helpful. Wasn't trying to sell us the dearest thing in the shop but what suited us. Friendly and very accommodating. Delivery dates were very flexible which helped as we were in the middle of decorating. Overall great service.

Emma was very helpful and very understanding with our needs. Was very friendly and knowledgeable with all the questions we had and the back and forth we did in the store looking at different beds and mattresses.

The sales staff were all helpful, especially Howard who we placed our order with - he gave us his full attention, demonstrated his product knowledge and showed us alternative item before we decided to buy the mattress that we came for. The administration side of the deal went smoothly and Howard made this as enjoyable as such things can be. Delivery was as planned (arrived a few minutes earlier than suggested) the two men were smart, polite and obviously knew what they had to do (delivery of new and collection of old mattresses) and carried out they work with the minimum fuss or any mess.
