howard was very friendly and patient, spent time when we needed and also went away when we needed space. he also stayed with us when his shift had finished.

Asked if we had visited this store before (which we had not) we were asked what we were looking for (a bed) and for whom ie ourselves or for a spare room, and the type of bed we currently have. The bed was for my wife and myself we were looking for a firm 5 ft bed with pocket springs and no memory phone. The layout of the display was explained (the colour code and number of springs, firmness and approx prices) These were all displayed in an area of 6 or so beds, we were quickly and easily able to narrow our purchase down to 2 beds. We were offered real pillows to try the beds, and soon made our choice with no pressure. Delivery dates were offered versus the selection of base material colours. My wife was so pleased she decided to purchase a 2nd bed for our daughter, with headboard and sheets discounted and we decided to accept bed cover on the main bed, we were offered a mattress protector with this, the cost of disposal was also explained, and the delivery date we were offered, approx 2 weeks worked wel for us. Gary worked hard to provide an easy transaction in a thoroughly professional manner.
