All our requirements were met by a very knowlegable assistant

The salesman was very friendly and helpful, and not pushy - helped me select the right items etc

the manager was excellent,guided us through all our questions

Very friendly and positive handling of our orders by one particular salesman. Other one a bit irritating and patronising, left us to look around and commission lost to the guy who bothered!

The staff are welcoming, knowledgeable about the products and assisted me to find the appropriate bed and bedroom units. There were drinks available and bathroom facilities and enabled to browse longer.

Jamie was really knowledgeable of the products and very friendly and polite. we felt at ease and was not hurried or pressurised into making a decision. first class service that could be learnt by other companies.

Emma our sales assistant was very knowledgeable new her job and such a friendly person made us feel right at home. No qualms about it if we need anything else we shall ask for her personally.

We were given assistance throughout our visit, given all the options of types and firmness, told and shown which beds suited what we were looking for, at no time did we feel pressured into choosing a certain bed. It was also refreshing to be treated properly as due to my young age I am usually written off. Couldn't have asked for better service from Gary!
