Gary the assistant was very helpful and explained the different is beds and mattress.He showed us all the beds in the area that we wanted.

We knew the mattress that we wanted and was shown the one straight away. We were very satisfied with the quickness of the item being ordered and delivered, we would certainly return to dreams as and when we need to, your staff were very friendly without being pushy.

Upon changing our sons bed covers we discovered the mattress had springs sticking out of it. We dashed to dreams and go there at 4:25 and got a memory gram mattress. Even though it was so close to closing time, which we apologised for. The assistant was friendly and helpful.

Friendliness and knowledge of Assistant Howard. He listened to what we wanted, liked and disliked and helped explain thr choices.

Very help full top marks we have now brought 2 beds from there now well done Howard are salesman he was really good and understanding as l had my grandson with us who is as a lot to say

The staff were very welcoming from the moment I set foot in the store. I had my 1 year old daughter with me and they worked around her running round the store and made sure she new where the kids area was. The lady was very helpful in going through everything and the fact my bed would be ready in a week was great. Overall I was extremely impressed.

Staff friendly but not pushy and knowledgeable about the products we were interested in

Was given Assistance and information throughout the visit to the store. This enabled us to narrow down the product required to the most suitable for our needs, thus saving time and making the experience a pleasant one

I visited the store twice and was remembered by Jamie the second time. He was very helpful and friendly

We went into the store and was greeted by staff. We were left to browse and then when we were ready to find a member of staff one was available. He was friendly and explained everything needed. We found what we needed very quickly and the order process was quick. A very easy and stress free shopping trip.
