Dreams - Gillingham

The gentleman noticed us browsing and came to give us information on the store layout, differences between the matresses and general advice. He was not pushy or smarmy but just plain polite and helpful. We got what we came in for. We were pleased with the choice and the price.

We were very pleased with the service overall. The Dreams colleague Jamie was friendly and very knowledgeable about the products in the store.

I received totally outstanding service from the young man who served me in your Gillingham store and just wanted to bring to your attention what a credit he is to your business. I run a small business myself and realise how important the customer service received is these days and I can honestly say this guy couldn't of done any more for me and I would have no hesitation in giving him a job on my firm tomorrow.

I went into store shopping for my daughter. Emma was able to guide me and suggest alternatives that my daughter may like. Emma did not rush and made every effort to locate a range of furniture that was going out of stock. Emma also advised that new lines were being released and had all the information we required when we returned to store having been to the roadshow. I felt confident that I was getting a fair product for a fair price and not being pushed into paying for something that I did not really want. I will return to Dreams at Gillingham again. Thank you.

I was very happy with my visit to dreams for my new bed as there are all the beds you could wish for to try the shop was presented very clean and plenty of space and good lighting

I visited the store looking for a sofa bed I did not want to spend lots of money but wanted something comfortable, before I left the store the assistant suggested I look at the Guest Bed, I had explained what I wanted the bed for and this seemed to fit the bill I also looked at the blow up beds that were in store. the Assistant stayed with me the whole time and demonstrated each Item for me, helping me to make an informed decision. I left the store without making a purchase but returned the next day to buy the Guest Bed
