Dreams - Gillingham

We were greeted by Gary who was very friendly and approachable. He seemed to have all the technical knowledge we required. He was very attentive, listened to our needs, made various suggestions and helped us to compare different mattresses. He allowed us time to think things over on our own without overcrowding us and answered all our concerns. The only thing he could not do was lower the price!!

Gary at Dreams was very knowledgeable of the products and understood our needs about comfort and price. He offered us refreshments and made all the terms of the deal very easy to understand. Gary is a credit to the team and I'll certainly be back for our bed frame!

Howard was very knowledgable on the products. He took time to understand what we were looking for, offered advice on which type of mattresses to try out and explained the difference between products well. We were given time to get into the store and look about before being approached unlike other competitors who "jumped" as soon as we got in the store. We didn't feel under any pressure to make a decision or purchase.

Jamie was attentive from the get go, listened to our needs and explained the products and system of choosing a mattress concisely and comprehensively but left us alone when we needed. Once we had made our choice jamie dealt with our order professionally and in a friendly manner. We really appreciated that he drew our attention to additional products in a manner that was helpful rather than pushy, we didn't feel pressurised to do anything we weren't entirely sure of, and were given time to consider before making our choices. All in all Jamie is a very personable young man and a credit to your Gillingham store. We loved the simplicity of the colour coding and the range of mattresses and budgets to choose from, and the opportunity to try them out.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, they explained the advantages/disadvantages between the 5 bed types and assisted us throughout.

The assistant explained very clearly regarding the beds, and was extremely helpful. Then left my daughter and myself too look in our own time. We were happy with our experience at Dreams at Gilingham.

Gary was very knowledgeable about the tempur range of mattresses. He spent time explaining how they work and advised us to try two at a time in order to decide which suited us best. He was very patient and helpful. We were given time to decide which headboard and colour we preferred. Overall an enjoyable shopping experience. Also the interest free option with no deposit allowed us the freedom to purchase a very good quality bed within our budget constraints.
