The helpfulness understanding and politeness with no pressure of the chap who helped us. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT THE DIFFERENT TEMPUR MATTRESSES WERE SPREAD OVER THE SHOW ROOM IT WOULD BE MUCH BETTER IF THEY WERE IN THE SAME PLACE MAKING THE TESTING TO SEE WHICH SUITED US BY THE TIME WE GOT TO THE NEXT ONE WE HAD FORGOTTEN THE LAST !! SUCH A STRANGE IDEA !.

Your agent, Jamie, was right up to speed on the products. We were not pressurised. Time given to look about for the product we required was perfect. Top class visit.

We had a fantastic sales person advising us and talking us through every bed. I was very reluctant at first when he took us round mattresses that were way out of our price range,but we soon realised and he explained the method in his madness. Garry from the gillingham store was great and I would most definitely recommend him to friends. My mum is looking for a new mattress and I am taking her into the store so she can have the same treatment we did.
