Dreams - Gillingham

We were very satisfied with our experience, the guy who assisted us was brilliant, Howard From Gillingham Retail Park. We were looking for a new bed and mattress, he explained what colour codes were for the mattresses , gave us two pillows to try all the beds out, come around with us and explained prices and the different things each bed had. He told us to make ourselves at home, which we did. After we decided to go with a certain bed & Mattress, he sat us down offering us drinks ,broke down every cost of items , even persuaded us to do all the 8yr cover payment. We decided to do the payment plan over 30 months and we really was wanting payments at no more then £50 month after we paid a deposit of 194.72 , so he done some discussing and manage to give us a little discount so that our payments would be £50 a month, we are soo greatful. Would recommend to family & friends

We visited the Gillingham store and were served by Gary who was very friendly and very helpful. He processed our order very quickly.

Initially I was disappointed that Interest Free was NOT available to the Over 75's . I consider this to be at least Age Discrmination however Gary sorted it out for us,as a result an order was placed

Jamie made the whole visit very trouble free. It was easy to choose from the options he showed me and he explained everything very well. Overall very pleased and would recommend.

The colleague Jamie who served us was very friendly and introduced himself thoroughly. He offered us refreshments before taking the time to fully listen to our requirements. He then showed us a full range of products that would suit our needs and didn't try pushing us or using hard sales. He had excellent knowledge of the products he was showing us. All this made our whole shopping experience at dreams very good. I would not only recommend dreams but would also recommend Jamie as a colleague to ask for by name for service.

Ian was welcoming and informative on the different mattresses. He left us alone, available if needed to answer questions,and gave us time to test various mattresses before assisting us in buying one.
