Dreams - Gillingham

on entering the store i was approached by a sales asst called Howard who was very helpful without being too pushy which was very re-assured.He gave me a pillow to try out different beds at my leisure.I felt he was extremely patient as i had a difficult child in tow who kept wanting this that and the other,which could have been difficult for him.In fact i think he deserves a medal for dealing with her!!!He was very polite and had good product knowledge i felt.

I was really satisfied with the service from the staff at Dreams in Gillingham Kent especially from Howard who served us. His product knowledge and customer service was very pleasing and he made sure he gave us the best deal for what we were buying and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. He is a real credit to Dreams. Thank you!

First class service - We came to purchase a new mattress, bed base and headboard today and were given a lot of useful and practical advice as to which would be the best buy for us. We saved a lot of time and left the store knowing that our purchase would fully meet our needs. We were served by Emma who really knew her stuff! - This is the second bed we have purchased at ‘DREAMS’ and we would not hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone looking for a quality service and real value for money.

THE ASSISTANT WAS HELPFUL DID NOT INTERFERE WITH OUR LOOKING AT THE PRODUCTS UNTIL WE ASKED ABOUT CERTAIN PRODUCTS, THEN HE WAS HELPFUL AND NOT PUSHY TOWARDS PARTICULAR PRODUCTS. HE LET US TAKE OUR TIME IN TRYING OUT THE PRODUCTS AND MAKING OUR OWN MINDS UP ABOUT IT.
