the assistant Gary was very informative and listened to what we wanted to say. he was very polite and helpful and provided us with information on various items we were interested in but not pushy in that he did not push us into buying anything, he left us alone to talk and came back when we asked him too. He also ensured that we were offered a drink and a fan as i became very hot. I would say he is an asset to your company.

Gary I think his name is was most helpful, but left us alone to look which we liked. he answered all our questions. offered us a drink, which was most kind.

I took my mum to buy a new bed and we were made to feel very welcome by Jamie. Mum mum is disabled and he took the time and care to make sure she had everything she needed. We even had a lovely drink of orange. I was very impressed with the help we received which made our purchase so easy for us. Jamie was a credit to your store.

Howard was very patient with my mother who was buying a new bed for the first time in years. She is 87 and needed a lot of guidance. She was very pleased with her new bed and the way that she was treated.

I had visited the Gillingham dreams store to purchase a mattress however I was undecided on which one I really wanted the man who dealt with was gary who told me I I could not purchase the ones I liked on line as they didnt have the same offers he lied he told me the store closed at 5pm he lied I went on line which said the store opening times for mon tues were (9am )(6pm) so I rang the store spoke to a great lady called emma had it not been for her I would without a doubt have gone elsewhere to purchase my mattress as for I do not think it is dreams policy to tell the staff to lie to customers as for emma A+++++ thankyou

The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. The order was placed easily and delivery was within 5 days.

The sales man who we dealt with was highly knowledged and knew his products very well. He wasn't at all pushy and had a good sales mannor about him. Very happy with his service. I especially liked the way he showed us how your body Lyes on each type of mattress with the body board! Great job

I walked in, saw the bed, and within minutes I had chosen to buy it with Gary's help (The store assistant)
