159 Emma was patient understanding my and my husbands individual needs for supportive but comfy mattress..esp me as i have arthritis and degenerative discs in my back..she was knowledgable on each mattress tried and concise.she also made sure i laid for min of 10mins on each 1so i relaxed and had tine to feel pressure points

On entering the store, we were welcomed, and to save time I specified that we wanted akingsize divan base with no draws and a medium to firm pocket sprung mattress. The sales Assistance listened carefully,explained the colour coding, and pointed out the beds which met with our requirements. As we browsed, he twice offered refreshments, but gin and tonic was not on the menu. It was a warm/hot day , and when completing the sales operation, moved us to a cool place abd turned on a fan.

Emma was fantastic help and provides advice and clear help when making the order. The store accommodated my two children and we're happy for them to play in the play area while I completed the order.

We were welcomed as soon as we walked in. Although we were offered assistance immediately, we preferred to look around before asking for help, which was readily forthcoming. Your colleague Gary was excellent.
