The sales assistant who helped us, Jamie, was fantastic. He knew so much about each product, was professional and friendly and didn't rush us at all into making our decision. Fantastic, professional service Jamie, thank you very much.

The assistant Jamie certainly knew about the produces he was selling, he answered all our questions and nothing was too much trouble. He offered us a drink on a couple of occasions and ensured that we were comfortable throughout our experience. On this note I would certainly shop at dreams again.

Gary was great he showed up a number of item n helped us pick the right one for our needs was very very helpful n allowed us to take our time to make the choices we needed to

We didn't have much time and knew what we wanted. Gary didn't try and over sell anything and showed up what we wanted and offered what he thought we needs he was the best part of our visit. At least until late our bed arrives

Emma was extremely helpful and friendly and her product knowledge was She spent a long time with us, so that we got the right bed and bedding for our needs and explained that we could change our delivery date if necessary. This was very useful as we are moving house and have not got a moving date yet.

At no time did I feel under pressure to make a decision. We were given the time and space to make a decision without any interference. Al staff made us feel very welcome and provided us with all the help that they could.

Emma the store asst was easy to talk with , having good knowledge of each mattress she wished us to try for each of our specific needs. She had a sense of humour which helped ease our 2hours spent in store and allowing us to share ours. Emma asked me to spend minimum 10 mins on each mattress in my usual sleep position to give me time to relax and sense pressure points ..I have spinal spondyllosis from neck to coccyx and she was patient in finding the balance for my needs and my husbands. Emma also helped in discounting few items bought due to the high overall cost of our purchase. She also offered us beverage on few occasions to which we finally accepted after 2 hours! Upon purchase Emma explained the service cover/ts and cs and highlighted the breakdown of costs..overall a pleasant experience given the time we spent and a big thank you to Emma for her outstanding patience .
