Dreams - Gillingham

The gentleman Howard that served us was extremely helpful and friendly and couldn't have done more to assist us. We got a fantastic deal on the bed we choice and some excellent extras!

During our 1st visit to dreams, we were approach, by Jamie who explained the mattress system, and showed us where our chosen colour was found, he then left us along so we could browse around the store. After awhile he approach us and told us the different prices, we decided on one and he kindly offered us a drink, and the whole experience , of us buying and Jamie going through the paperwork, was most enjoyable, a very pleasant man. We would certainly recommended Dreams Store in the future.

We went to the Dreams store in Gillingham with a particular bed in mind, after trying said bed we were not happy and the assistant (Emma or Jemma) was very helpful in explaining the this that and the other in laymans terms no fancy jargon, we went for a bed slightly more expensive than the one we went in for but could see the value of our new choice.

We were highly satisfied due to the experience of the lady who helped us. Her name was Emma,she was very helpful in helping us look for what we wanted.

Jamie, the name of the Dreams employee who helped us pick our divans and mattresses was very helpful from the beginning of our visit. He approached my wife and i in the first instance to find out what were looking for and gave us a variety of options. He then gave us to time to make our minds up after which which he gave us his thoughts on our selections and the pros and cons to enable us to make a better informed decision. Finally, he was made the sale, all the while informing us on the process all the way through. He was professional and helpful from start to end and is a definite benefit to your company. Excellent customer service from Howard the sales assistant, made us feel very welcome and couldn't have done a better job helping us.

Jamie acknowledged our arrival promptly, asked if we had ever visited Dreams before and went through the method of selecting a mattress in a very courteous and knowledgeable manner. He gave us time to select our mattress without being a pushy salesman, and discussed our selection to ensure we had made the correct decision.
