The sales manager was friendly and efficient but after acknowledging us left us alone to look around the showroom

The member of staff, Gary, who assisted us was very helpful and knowledgable. He listened to our needs and did his best to match them without trying to influence us to spend more money than necessary.

Was easy to see the styles of beds I liked and found it easy to work out all the prices when adding all options together.

Jamie assisted me and my partner with our purchase and he was very efficient, helpful, polite and he smiled. The process was so quick he made it clear where the beds and da matress was and other products , he also gave us a good insight about the products. He went through the terms and conditions and additional cover that can be bought if the bed went wrong. Thank you very much Jamie. Looking foward to receiving my bed. Definitely come back to that store again for future purchases

Very good member of sales staff (James) knew what he was talking about and had good knowledge and understanding of the products that you sell. Was not in your face trying to get a sale.

It was an urgent phone request 30 mins before the store shut. The item I saw was explained as a delivery item only. The sales person explained that he had in stock for collection the item I wanted (albeit slightly higher priced). I drove to the store met the same man (who provided his name over the phone). Took me to the items. Being satisfied I made the purchase along with other items. The sales person was very helpful and I considered to have a good product knowledge.

I needed a bed with 2 days and to do this was given the option if I had a vehicle to collect from the warehouse.

The store was well laid out making it easy to navigate, with all prices clearly displayed and a range of high quality beds to try. Jamie helped us to figure out what we needed from a mattress and explained in detail the differences between the products that we were deciding between.
