The sales assistant was excellent and made our purchase so easy

We are highly satisfied with our experience at Dreams, Gillingham Business Park due to the very polite, friendly and helpful sales assistant, Howard. We were given plenty of information on the selection of products we were interested in purchasing. The whole process of purchasing our beds went very smoothly.

Emma was great, she explained all about the mattresses as I have a bad back and let me find the one that was best for me. She listened to our needs and helped us to find what we wanted without be pushy.

Assistant Howard greeted us with hello ladies, very friendly and knowledgeable, advised us of various bed types and listened to what we wanted and we did not feel rushed or pressured. Howard also ask us whether we would like a drink. Very good service.

We were highly satisfied with our experience at dreams due to Emma being very helpful and answering all our questions. She was very experienced and explained everything very easily to us.

Very pleased with all aspects of our purchase. All our questions were answered to our satisfaction. There were more options than we had realised. If we are likely to purchase another bed we would certainly go to our local Dreams store.

Jamie was immediately available when we entered the store. He spent time explaining the colour scheme, types of mattress and directed us to the different areas of the store to review what we were looking for. He was responsive to any questions and explained everything clearly. He showed us the differences in slats on the beds and even gave us a proper pillow each to use when trying the beds which really does make a difference. We couldn't have asked for a better sales person. He made our visit easy and we made a purchase there and then - just what we wanted as bed shopping can be a real nightmare!
