Salesman was friendly very helpful and efficient

We were welcomed very nicely into the store and felt comfortable straight away. We looked at lots of different beds and Howard explained the differences between them. I didnt feel that we were spending a huge amount of money but never the less were still valued as important.

I felt the advice we were given was good and informative.

We went in wanting to purchase a new mattress with the minimum amount of time required but upon recommendation from your member of staff we took our time until we were sure of our choice. We were well advised on the day and also what to expect for the first couple of weeks after delivery.

The sales lady Emma was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We were offered a drink and pillows whilst we were trying out the beds. She gave us lots of information but did not put on any pressure.

The assistant, Howard, was very knowledgable, friendly but not forcefull. He allowed time for us to look around and answered any questions we had.

We had a young man called Jamie who was very knowledgeable and patient show us the different beds, the colour coded pillows was a clever way of show the different types of mattress and made it easy to follow.

An absolutely supurb service was delivered by your colleague Howard at the Gillingham Business Park Store and he couldn't of gone out of his way any more than he did for us, refreshments were offered throughout our visit aswell as comfy pillows to try the different types of mattresses out, nice friendly banter at the sales desk with his colleague Jamie made us chuckle so will definitely be returning in the new year for our bedroom furniture well done guys!
