Firstly I was welcomed into the store by Emma who politely inquired about my needs. She then spent time explaining the process of selecting a bed and the various aids available to help me decide on the best bed for me. This made my bed selection relatively easy and pain free. Once selected she took me through the ordering process, firstly confirming that I was really happy with my choice. Additional items were suggested without pressure two of which I accepted. Service plan and mattress cover. All a very simple and professional experience. The drink was nice too.

Good welcome. Clear explanation of levels of quality. No forced selling but solicitous of our needs. Speedy administration at end.

Staff were very business like and friendly - it was much easier than I expected.

The assistance was much great and Jamie explained everything which made us to make the choice easily. he was very helpful and was always smiling and answered all the questions we asked. He was the best person to help us with. We would surly come back for more purchase.

Try was a great help in finding out 3 year old a bed. Found a suitable bed and talked us through it told us all about the gaurentees available with the bed and helped us choose a mattress
