Emma was extremely friendly, gave us space when needed but also knew when we needed assistance and catered advice to our needs. We bought our products in a sale and found the price competitive.

My wife and I were given the sales assistant full attention. He guided us through various selections of mattresses, prices, comfort levels etc.. The store was quiet and this enhanced the experience also. There was no background noise, radio or musak, just quietness, very pleasing.

We were greeted as soon as we came into the store. The colour system was explained to us and some suggestions were made on how to test the beds. Pillows were supplied for testing and we were offered a drink. We were left to take our time but Jamie did check back and make sure we were happy. Overall we felt well informed but not pressured in any way. We loved the mattress we chose and as the service was so good we decided to purchase there and then.

From the moment we walked into the store, he made us feel so welcome and took us round and showed us all the different beds and mattresses that would suit our needs best.
