We were helped by Gary at gillingham store rather than see us as another "sale" he made us feel what we wanred and needed mattered showing us the different colour ranges to suit our budget then guiding us to befs to choose from

Assistant Howard was very helpful and made us feel comfortable

We were greeted but not pestered. We received help but were not put under any pressure to buy. We were given plenty of time to make a decision.

Assistant (Gary) was helpful, greeted us but also gave us time to look around on our own. He was able to advise over mattresses where we needed most help.

Very helpfull and knowledgable sales person understood our requirements and very quickly sorted out what we wanted.

The staff (Emma) was very helpful. She listened to our needs and suggested different choices. These were not always the expensive choices which showed that she cared.

Very easy shopping experience, with very high standard of service

We was greeted as we walked into the store and asked if we needed any help. Once we told Emma what we wanted she showed us the range in the ottoman style beds and explained the differences and price ranges. We then had time to choose from our preferred two we had been shown and Emma was on hand with any questions.

Very friendly and knowledgeable of what mattress I was looking for and suitability for my needs

Emma the sssistant was very friendly but professional . She took note very quickly of my needs and pointed out the different options . She encouraged me to lie on each bed to see the differences and to have the options of suitable pillows
