Dreams - Gillingham

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by Howard who helped us straight away. He was so helpful and friendly and showed us everything we needed to see. Whilst sorting out our order someone else made us a cup of tea and made sure we were okay. All of the staff were very friendly and very helpful. It would be lovely if every company treated you the same as Dreams in Gillingham did. I have already referred a couple of my friends to the store as they are looking for new beds.

the quality of the internet connection was awful but emma overcame this and we were able to view the product on your site. don't think the managers choice of headboard flattered the bed I was looking at and I wouldn't have looked at it if I hadn't seen it on line first. as I was looking for an adjustable bed for my disability it made a clinical necessity look ugly and not a joy to purchase.

We entered the store to browse. Howard, the sales staff, greeted us straight away. He took time to show and explain the differences in bed and mattress and helped us as we looked around, even though we were not looking to buy. This welcomed attitude is often lacking in many other stores. The store was clean and the beds well looked after.

Good to be able to test out the beds to see which was right for us.

Well looked after by Howard, left us to have a look around but was on hand if we needed help, we do to like hard selling and Howard had got this about right

Our salesman Jamie was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were impressed by the service he provided and would be happy to be served by him again.

The help we were given by Jamie at the Gillingham store at Gillingham Retail Park Kent ME8 0PU was first class he helped us work out the best mattress that we needed for my back problem.

The sales assistant Howard was very knowledgeable about the type of product we were looking for and was able to answer our questions easily,he also knew when to step aside and let us discuss our thoughts about what we wanted without breathing down our necks.

We were greeted when we came into the store. The manager spoke to us and gave us all the information we needed. He was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He offered us additional pillows and mattress protectors but was not pushy and left the decision to us. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
