Howard was excellent without shadowing us

Jamie who helped me as soon as I came into the store was brilliant. That's all you need a nice smiling face and everything he helped me with.

We were greeted at the door of the dreams store and we told the salesman we were back after a previous visit to purchase our matress. On our previous visit Jamie told us everything we needed to know about all the matresses. We did were informed well on everything. We were offered a drink, told to test out the mattresses and also given pillows to match our mattress.

We went into the store just to have a look around but found the right product and was given some good advice by the sales assistant and found his knowledge helpful and useful.

Jamie was the main reason we purchased from Dreams.He was very positive and new about his products.The store was also very bright , clean and well layed out.It was a pleasure being served by someone genuine and warm .

Jamie was most helpful.

Lovely big Store, lovely to see a female assistant makes a change & really felt comfortable trying out beds, loved that l could choose my exact requirements aswell, Very enjoyable visit, so looking forward to my new bed, & the fact I will only need to make it, the rest is in control of Dreams.

The price of the products were comparable with other stores we had visited. The salesman was very helpful in explaining the quality and availability of the items we were seeking to purchase. Overall the attention we received in the Store was everything we would expect.
