VERY GOOD ASSISTANCE AND VERY HELPFUL

Laura the sales assistant at the Maidstone store was very helpful and could not do enough to help as she did not have the item we wanted in stock,she contacted the Gillingham branch to ask if they had the item in there store which they did. We went over to Gillingham to look at the sofa bed and ordered it there and then.On my return home I phoned laura to thank her and inform her that we had purchased the Perth Sofa bed. It was ordered on November 16th and delivered on the 20th Congratulations Dreams on a 1st class service

I found the staff very helpful, accommodating and efficient. I felt that help was there if needed from the staff, I didn't feel that I was left by myself. The staff were very approachable and welcoming. Gary, who had helped me, was had good product knowledge and was able to answer all of my questions and enabled me to find exactly what I wanted as I wasn't sure of this when I came in.

We were very extremely impressed with the service we received on both occasions we visited the Gillingham Store by Howard. He made us feel like valued customers which is a service not often found in many retail outlets. The choice of products was exceptional leaving us at times overwhelmed, however we soon came to a decision with Howard's invaluable assistance. We have spent some time looking for this mattress for our spare room, visiting a number of shops including M & S and John Lewis. The service at Dreams was exceptional. This was the first experience buying a bed from Dreams and needless to say we will be purchasing another bed/mattress for ourselves in the New Year.

The store assistant Emma, was very helpful demonstrating the various types of mattresses and divan options that she felt would meet our requirements after we had explained what we were looking for and why. Although she showed us the various options there was no "push" to select a particular make / model all the while she emphasised that each mattress / bed selection was a personal choice as all customers are different She is a credit to your store and company.

Howard from the Gillingham brand was amazing. He took the time to speak with us to find out what it was we were interested in purchasing and showed us a number of products that we may have been interested in. He was not pushy at all which was good as it made us feel comfortable to be in the store and buy the bed. Howard made recommendations and even offered us a drink which was so thoughtful. Very very satisfied

Th lady was very helpful and gave plenty of information with regards to what we were looking for.

Assistant was very helpful in making sure we got the right product for our needs and also nice and quick easy purchase.

I got what I needed, quickly. Jamie was very knowledgeable and helpful. I went in at 4:15 and was out by 4:35 with my purchase complete!
