Emma greeted us upon arrival. Very helpful and informative but didn't put any pressure on us. Even let my husband use the wc 😊 She gave us the time we needed to make our decision.

We were met by Howard after entering the store. very polite and asked if we required help. Howard said he would be of assistance if we needed it. We were very happy to look at our leisure, without any pressure. due to this relaxed atmosphere. After trying out beds I decided to purchase one. Howard listened to my specifications and found the correct item needed, also with a headboard. I also managed to buy bedroom furniture. not bad as I was originally going to Carpetright for a carpet....

The sales assistant was friendly, concise, accurate, honest and quick ! He listened to what we wanted - advised which mattresses suited our needs and processed our order - no fuss or big sales speech - perfect !

We were shown to the area where we would find what we needed. Given Pillows to try out the mattresses and not harassed in any way. Left alone to make a decision but salesperson was nearby and easily accessible when we needed help.

I have used Dreams before your staff are caring helpful and make you feel that your the only customer. They give you time and the fact that the staff listen to what you want. I spent alot of money 2 years ago in your store after being let down by Bedsons for Beds. The store manager placed an for me in 3 different colours for my bedroom furniture. the wardrobe was one colour the bed and chest of drawers another. The attitude of him was unbelievable and I came into your store and the compassion and help received from your staff was outstanding. Your staff members remembered me again from almost 2 years ago and was happy that I had settled in my new home and again thanks to them for helping me.
