Dreams - Gillingham

We was very pleased with Howard the salesman. Howard approached us and asked what we required, gave us a breakdown of the different styles of beds and mattress and then left us alone to find what we liked. We left the store in Gillingham in Kent and visited Bensons for Beds and Furniture village, but felt that we were being pushed into a sale and these companies hadn't explained in detail like Howard had done. With this in mind and due to the great deal we received, we purchased our bed from Dreams.

I had a rough idea of what I wanted regarding bed function & colour ( I bought a otterman) & bedding. I did have a budget & I was steered towards what I were looking for as regards to the mattress I bought a therapur acti. The salesman was courteous, helpful. Just hope the delivery & assemble goes just as well. Watch this space.

I was greeted pleasantly, on finding the product I wanted I asked the advice of the sales person who was happy to help and helpful with his advice. He offered refreshment whilst completing my purchase

We were served by Emma who was friendly and knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted. She was not pushy in any way.

The help that I received from the store manager in dreams Gillingham was extremely friendly and clearly honest. He did not try elling is the most expensive product in the shop as some do, he looked at our budget and assisted us to choose the right mattress to suit our needs.

The staff were very helpful and we were very pleased with what we bought.

This is the third bed / mattress and have always had the highest professional service in your Gillingham store and right the way through to delivery. Would not go anywhere else to make any future purchases.

i was welcomed..i told jamie i was'nt sure what matress would be good for me and my wife..he then explained what types of matresses there were with pros and cons..i said i was after an otterman and was shown all of your stock.. i then purchase one with matress and it arrives this friday..we left the store very happy and looking forward to our new bed.(in and out within 40mins excellent)
