Gary who serviced us was very apologetic for there not being a reasonable mattress for around £200 in stock. He was a very nice guy and so we ended up purchasing a mattress of £350.

Howard the member of staff who helped us choose or bed and mattress was very helpful. He helped us find the right type of mattress and firmness which address my medical needs and also helped us select oh bed. He offered us refreshments and all in all made our visit to dreams a lovely experience

Jamie, the member of staff who we spoke to initially was fantastic. He gave good advice to support our search for a new mattress and then allowed us to browse the items without pressuring us to purchase anything. We spent time looking without further interruption but with a far better understanding, thanks to Jamie (at Gillingham store). We were able to make decisions with no pressure and once we had decided, Jamie was on hand to place our order. During the ordering process, Jamie was very knowledgable and helpful to ensure we were well informed about our decisions to ensure the product was the best match for us. Another key point to our positive experience is the opportunity to review the purchase if we find the materess is not suitable for us at a given time interval.

Visited the store the previous week on a fact finding mission. Was greeted by Emma who took the time to answer all of my questions and made relevant suggestions etc. I was impressed with the way she took the time to spend with me, in a very friendly and welcoming manner. Consequently I returned to make the purchase, during which she reviewed everything we had been through, offering alternatives and upgrades where appropriate and explaining the benefits. She made us feel very comfortable and special and I feel this has reflected very favourably on our impression of the company as a whole.

Jamie was knowledgeable, asked our needs and pointed us in the right direction but gave us the freedom to try different products whilst always being available to answer questions we had. Gave us the perfect blend of attention and space.

Very helpful staff who didn't bombard you as you walk into the store. Excellent selection of mattresses and beds with a great range of price options too.
