Dreams - Gillingham

I had previously purchased a bed from this store 5 years ago but unfortunately it no longer was as comfortable as I needed. Howard was so helpful in establishing what I had previously purchased as regards to the make and firmness of the mattress. He asked the correct questions I.e. Was the bed too soft or firm, was the pillows giving enough support etc. He explained the different types of mattresses and showed me different types giving me the opportunity each time to lay, test and to say if it was too soft or firm. He offered the opportunity to experience the tempur pod with no pressure to buy. I felt at ease with Howard, he made me feel he cared that he was providing me with the right bed for my needs, he also asked if I had any medical issues, I mentioned that I had a replacement knee and often need my legs raised to relieve the pain. He did advise that I may be able to claim but I politely refused but was impressed he made the offer. I am usually 'on edge' with sales assistants wanting to make the sale, but Howard defenantley guided me to the bed most suited for me. A big Thankyou to Howard.

My wife and I visited the store to purchase a bed for our 16yo son. This was the first shop we had visited and we were that impresed with the range of goods, the price of goods and the excellent service of the assistant, we placed an order for two beds. We were given all the help and Information we needed to make a decision and we never felt under any pressure to make a purchase even though the Sale was due to end that evening. The whole experience was a pleasure and we left feeling very pleased with our purchases. Thank you Dreams and a big thank you to Jamie for being so helpful and friendly.

When my wife and I entered the store we not sure where to look for what we were going to purchase, we knew what we wanted but not where to find it. Within a very short time a sales assistant Howard was conducting us around the store to find every thing we wanted. An excellent experience and we were most impressed with Howard.

Jamie talked through in enough detail about our options for a mattress and also importantly gave us our space to talk about it together alone. We ended up buying not just a mattress as originally intended due to the finance options Jamie explained (we bought the duven and pillows too!). He was very friendly and even gave us 4 Silent Night pillows for our spare room as 'an early wedding gift'!

Ian was knowledgeable about the products we were looking for, he had a nice approach and was not at all pushy, even when we said we were going to look in Benson for beds next door, his response was friendly in that he was not giving us any hard sell about the difference between the stores. We chose to return to Dreams where we asked for Ian to assist us with our purchases. He offered us tea and was efficient with paperwork and advising us of dates for delivery. A charming salesperson which is very refreshing.

As soon as we walked in , we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman called Gary. He spent a long time explaining the types of mattresses and letting us try the comfort of each mattress. We were offered drinks and were left to discuss the matter on our own.
