Welcomed to the store. Very well looked after. Great customer service and knowledge, friendly atmosphere. Offered a drink by staff. Everything checked before final order was sent. Social distancing well observed all pp adhered to in line with government guidelines and company policies, Jamie was an outstanding salesperson.

Jamie met us at the door with a bright smile and went through all the Covid procedures. He then went through our requirements and then took us to the electronic bed which worked out what type of bed would suit both of us. We tried out all the beds from the dearest to the cheapest. We did not feel pressured and selected what we felt was best for us. The payment process was easy and we were able to pick the best day for us and was offered a drink but declined. All in all is was a pleasant experience. Thank you.

It was my ever first visit to the Store and I felt very welcoming and at ease. The Store Clerk was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products and services. The experience was excellent better than sitting on my computer trying to find a good mattress.

Your sales person was approachable, friendly, very knowledgeable and helped us make a decision on which mattress would be most suitable for a good night's sleep.

The assistant spoke to us just after we entered the shop and was friendly and extremely helpful. We were advised that the company did not stock the product that we wanted but were given details of other products to the same specification. The assistant listened to our comments concerning the type of product that we wanted and after then partaking of an analysis on the mattress suitability machine, advised us of our options. We were shown a number of mattresses and advised of their suitability for our requirements. At all times the assistant was helpful in helping us make the correct choice of product.

From entering shop and telling him what we were after he directed us to the right area. Understood we were working to a price range and listen to our needs. Explained the difference on mattresses as we needed two the same mattresses. He however only had one we liked but found one the same depth very simplier. Even took us upstairs so we could see the mattresses and the difference plus try them. That meant we were not only told they were very much the same but able to see them ourselves rolled out in beds.Being take home rolled mattresses it was important to us to see what we were buying. He could not of been more helpful without being pushy unlike some companies.
