Howard explained all types of comfort of beds and recommended several which we tried. we were offered a cup of coffee and comfort break whilst we were choosing desired bed. He explained insurance details, which we took and recommended mattress cover, taking away our old mattress etc. He was very good at explaining all details of beds, we were made to feel important customers.

Jamie was the sales member that greeted my wife and I. We visited the Gillingham branch in Kent. Jamie was well presented and well spoken. His product knowledge and overall professionalism was superb from start to finish. He's a credit to your company.

The salesman was very helpful, I was very pleased with my first experience at dreams, the store was bright and clean and I didn't have to wait to speak to somebody about what I needed.

The sales assistant was excellent. She explained the choices of beds available and spent time showing me each and allowed time for me to try the various types to find those most suitable. She was extremely helpful, patient and pleasant. I would highly recommend her.

Jamie helped us from the moment we stepped in the door to the purchase of our bed which was 15minutes at max! Great service and highly satisfied.

We were given the time and the space to try out a variety of beds/matresses which is important to us we hate to feel pressurised, but the assistant Jamie was always on hand to help us with any questions that we had. We found him to be very knowledgable about the matresses/beds which was extremley helpful to us in our decision of which one to buy. One real bug bear of mine personally is 'delivery charge' especially when you are spending over £1000,00 so the fact that it was also free delivery was a great bonus 😊
