There was complications with our payment (no fault of the store) and all of the staff were incredibly helpful in resolving this so we could make our purchase

I was looking for an Ottoman bed and after looking at several was shown a TV ottoman bed that was at a good price. I tried a few mattresses and settled on a suitable one. Sorting out the order was fairly quick and simple.

The guy was helpful but I knew what we wanted before coming into store

Very pleased with overall experience of being able to try mattresses. Helpful and knowledgeable assistance given and although very helpful, did give us time to think about the purchase.

Staff very helpful & friendly. Warm in store good layout. Got what we wanted just one bed was not in stock so we have to wait a while. The only problem came to light when the web site said in stock but when we came to order it it came back out of stock. But not a problem very good service. I will be going back for another bed soon. Excellent

Attentive and knowledgible assistant - good customer service

I Have a bad back and not been sleeping well so I thought it was about time for a new mattress, went to Dreams and your salesman Jamie come over and asked us if needed help we said just looking at the moment he then explained to us your pillow colour system to us which was good idea, I then felt comfortable enough to tell him of my back condition of AS he was very good advising of which type of mattress would suite me gave my wife and myself some nice pillows and showed us the beds at the back and told us to take our time and just ask if we needed anything,once we had chosen he was straight over and every sorted very quick

The assistant was very knowledgeable with the product's on offer and nothing was too much trouble for them

My husband and me I walked into Gillingham store and get sales lady asked if we were ok. She then said that she recognised us f really on the last time we bought from Dreans. She was very patient with us and listened to our requirements. Overall Emma was very helpful. What a fabulous experience. Thank you Emma

Jamie gave us all the information we needed regarding the choices available, gave us space to have a look and test the mattresses. A thoroughly professional job. Processed our order promptly and efficiently giving us an explanation all the way through.
