Welcomed with a smile chap understood exactly what we required and dealt with our order speedily.

We went to the store just before 6pm.we thought closing time was 8pm. We were left to look despite the time. The assistant Emma then asked if she could help. She took us through all the beds in the range, let us try them, gave us pillows when needed. She seemed very knowledgeable and helpful.at no time did she say that the shop was closed.

Howard was very helpful, the wife being in a wheelchair, we new what we wanted and Howard showed us the options available.

Howard was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.

The salesman was very welcoming and helpful. He had a very good knowledge of the products we were interested in.

My wife and I had visited the store two weeks prior and spoken to Emma (the assistant who served us) and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. We said that we would be back when we had confirmation of a completion date for our new home. Luckily for us, when we arrived, Emma was working and she made her way over to us and immediately remembered us and she made us very relaxed and we went over our needs again. Emma also offered us a drink and she was happy to wait whilst we discussed the price and options available. We did not feel pressured at any point and Emma made every effort to explain all of the finer details to us. We can only say thank you to Emma and we hope that she will be made aware of how we valued her help.

Jamie was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had quite specific needs as we suffer with back problems and feel he honest and again knowledgeable of the products in store , Thank you Jamie! our mattress was delivered Tuesday and so far ! so good

Had visited other named stores, who were extremely pushy ,was unable to browse. Then visited Dreams and that was exactly what our experience was, an absolute dream. Can't thank your staff enough and would highly recommend your Gillingham store to any of my friends and family. In my opinion, it's the only place to go.
