I was greeted warmly by Jamie, as soon as I entered the shop ( unlike the previous 2 shops I'd visited), but I never felt pressured to make a sale. He was totally focused on me and helped me to make the best choice. I was totally at ease with him. I bought my previous bed from Dreams and recognise a good company, I would definitely recommend you. Jamie is a credit to you and I hope you appreciate him as a dedicated, loyal and motivated member of your staff.

The assistant was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She did not make us feel rushed and did not pressurize us into making a decision

Gary answered all my concerns with build quality,and good advice on style to suite our size room, as well as demonstrating all the grades of firmness in our choice of mattress, as two major back pops was very important to us both.
