Emma explained in detail & showed us what each mattress was like & explained the best one to are needs , also while we sat down to fill forms out we were given a hot chocolate , was empress it came in a cup & not in a throw away one.

The staff were friendly. We were greeted and asked if we needed any help. We explained what we wanted, and we were given directions as to where to find these products. We were allowed time to browse and didn't feel pressured by staff. The staff were still around to answer questions when needed.

The assistant who served us (Jamie) saved us an enormous amount of time by asking specific questions relating to our needs. This meant we could concentrate on only testing the mattresses that met our needs, rather than simply jumping from bed to bed.

We found the Dreams sales assistant Jamie very helpful.

I needed a mattress topper in a hurry but had no idea what I was looking for . The assistant was polite, informative and quick without being hurried. Oh and I was offered a drink also whilst considering different topper options. Thank you for making my visit so straightforward.

Howard was friendly and helpful he came over straight away and said hello. He offered us all a drink and my daughter enjoyed her hot chocolate. After selecting the bed we wanted he then helped us pick the right mattress. He offered us both pillows and kept picking up the one I kept leaving on the previous bed. He helped us pick a cabin bed for my daughter too and advised on the appropriate mattress for her too. Unfortunately I had not measured my room and after returning home I needed to amend the order to a shorter bed stand. I called the branch and got the answer phone - despite not leaving a message I got a call back instantly from Howard who confirmed that we would still be able to keep the same delivery date I had already agreed to take off with my boss and the difference in price would be refunded to my account without any fine. My wife and I were both very happy with the service we received and look forward to getting our new bed on Valentines Day!

Gary was very helpful and knowledgable especially as my mother is disabled

I recently had purchased some items and was impressed with staff. I decided to purchase extra furniture and was not disappointed with the efficiency of the staff again. I will recommend this store to anyone. Thank you.
