The price was good and most important the assistant was friendly and very helpful

I found the store manager extremely helpful. he gave us plenty of time to make a decision. space when we needed to discuss but ample of knowledge on products. friendly and efficient. not a hard sale at all. completely put us at ease

We have never purchased a bed from Dreams before so was not sure where to start. The staff were friendly and made us feel like we can try the beds out by sitting and laying on them. The staff member Howard made sure that we was ok and answered our questions.

very well laid out store mattress all colour coded assistant explained every question we had very clearly. the product that we where looking for was made very easy by the assistant.

Advisor gave concise, and relevant information. He listened to our needs and identified mattresses that might interest us. We were then able to make a quick decision.

Greeted by Gary and our 40 minute experience was very satisfying. Felt very comfortable with him, very professional.

Sales assistant, Gary, was courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

Howard the man that served me was brilliant very friendly an helpful he didn't pester us either which was a vast contrast to 8 years ago when we when to.buy our first bed an walked straight back out as we where pounced on the second we got there so this was a refreshing suprise and he knew his job very well and was friendly to kids aswell.
