we were welcomed at the store by Jamie who explained the type of product availible, he gave advice regarding suitability for existing medical issues, he showed us how the product was marked with colours, we were left to try the products and he provided pillows so we could try them properly. When we had decided he explained the prices and the intrest free option which we took up, the paperwork was done easily inc delivery and removal of our old bed, drinks were offered and the whole experience was a pleasure, with no pressure to buy anything just good old fashioned service

Emma was really friendly and showed the different styles of mattresses. Then she left me to look so I didn't feel pressured. When placing the order she went on over all the documentation as well as making me and my partner a drink.

The member of staff who helped us during our visit to the store (Emma at the store in Gillingham Business Park) was friendly and approachable, while being able to answer our questions and get us the best value for the products we were looking for.
