The shop assistant Jamie was very friendly and very helpful and made us feel very welcome, he also sounded like he knew what he was talking about which made us more confident in what we were buying.

Jamie was very courteous and had excellent knowledge of the products.

Price and quality both good. Service from staff very good even though it was only 2 pillows bought - staff gave good advice.

Good choice of beds and really easy to differentiate the different type. Staff very helpful and friendly. Allowed me plenty of time to make my choice.

I was given enough time to look around before being approached by the salesman, he was very proactive, understanding of needs, friendly, positive and it was refreshing from the previous two bed stores i had been to that day. My daughter had a cut on her finger he instantly offered his help and a plaster along with a drink for us both. I left that day not buying anything only to return two days later to purchase my mattress through that very person. I will also be looking to buy my new bed through Jamie, I couldn't recommend him enough.

Assistant welcomed us explained mattresses & colour scheme pricing then left us to browse for a while then he came to answer couple of queries showed us frames etc, after about 20mins we were offered refreshments whilst we went through order & delivery options with Jamie , he was helpful & knowledgable about products but not over pushy allowing us to browse at leisure but available once we needed his help, this made our experience pleasurable we would recommend Dreams to other customers based on our own experience, as it was excellent service.

The shop manager was obviously experienced at his job and explained in clear and concise detail the fors and against of our purchase.
