The guy that served us, i think it was jamie, was really friendly, knowledgable and courteous, he was really joyful and seemed really keen to help and understand my needs. He up-sold gently and not too much, and seemed keen to make sure we got what we needed rather than being pushy. He had good advice and we're very happy with the products we left with.

We were greeted just after arrival by Jamie, He asked how we were and allowed us to look around. We had some questions to which Jamie was perfectly comfortable answering with a decent level of knowledge for the products we were enquiring about. Jamie informed us of our purchasing options including finance agreements and when we decided to place an order he offered me, my wife and our children a drink, he then took me through all the relevant information thoroughly making sure we understood everything.

Very welcoming, showed interest in our needs and very attentive, very knowledgeable, ready with answers to our questions. No hard sell!

Jamie, the sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He clearly explained the differences in the beds. He gave us plenty of time to test out the bed and at no time did we feel pressurised to make a decision. As soon as we had made a decision he was there to help us place our order. We also purchased some excellent pillows that Jamie had given us when testing the beds - they are great! He found the exact pillow for both myself and my husband. For that I will be forever grateful as I have been searching for pillow for years! Both my husband and I found buying a mattress and pillows a very pleasurable experience and that is down to the excellent salesman, Jamie. We will definitely return to Dreams for future purchases.

We were greet by Howard who was very knowledgeable, he gave us lots of information and showed up the products that suited our needs then left us alone to make our decision. He was friendly without being pushy and offered us some free bedding to go with our new bed. We also were given a drink while our sale was going through. The store was clean and well laid out with plenty of space.
