Howard was very knowledgeable and allowed us plenty of time to decide what we wanted, there was a good selection of mattresses but he really helped us narrow down which one was best for us.

We entered the store having no idea what type of mattress we needed, Emma explained the different kinds very clearly so that we could narrow our choice down and then led us to try them so we could eliminate options until we were down to two favourites. Emma's help was invaluable and we now can't wait to have our new mattress delivered. Many thanks for your patience and expertise Emma!

Great customer service friendly explained all about the beds and mattresses and then gave us time to look round and choose once ready we was offered tea coffee or a cold drink .

Jamie was very knowledgeable about the products, explained then in an easy to understand way, then left us to try the beds for as long as needed. He was helpful without being pushy or intrusive.

Gary the person who helped us explained the goods we were looking at and gave us time to consider our options. We did not feel at all pressurised.

I was able to discuss and view items I had seen on the website and was shown additional similar items. The availability of interest free credit was a plus point and was agreed very quickly. I was given a drink

We were greeted in a friendly, welcoming manner by the store assistant called Howard. He was very informative but also allowed us time to look around without looking over our shoulders. The layout of the store was excellent and Howard was able to point us in the direction of what we were looking for straight away. Our purchase was straight forward and friendly, we were even offered a drink.

The assistant asked what we were looking for and showed us a wide range of items. He explained we could choose a different colour if not on show. He showed us items in various price ranges and sizes.

The assistant was very helpfull and made the experience very easy.
