The colleague, Ian, was quick to ask if we needed help and explained options in clear and concise form. He gave us time to look, feel and experience the different mattresses so we could decide what was right for us. He then discussed options with us and went through the order proceedure and discussed extras/options/term and conditions so we felt informed and confident that we had the right items.

The gentleman Gary who dealt with us was highly knowledgeable and took time to explain and listen to our needs as customers. As my husband has specific medical needs he explained at length which matresses he would benefit from helping us to understand why he was advising this.
