Was served by Emma at the Gillingham store.She was very friendly and patient while we decided on the sofa bed we wanted.She was very helpful provided us with a tape measure and showed us the sofa as a bed. She had a good sense of humour and we had a giggle ,very pleasant experience and we will be making a second trip soon to look for a bed .

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. Jamie was very helpful in showing us the beds we were interested in and also with explaining the mattress's dreams had available, which made it a lot easier to pick the right one for us. From start to finish it was a pleasant experience.

Emma was very helpful when advising us of the different products and made good suggestions after talking to us about our needs. She showed us the difference between the products and gave us space to lay on every bed in the shop but made sure she was always available when we needed her.
