Dreams - Gillingham

Emma greeted me as soon as I entered the shop but did not intrude in my time looking for a bed. She was available once I made my choice and was able to answer my questions as well as arrange for me to not only try out the bed but also the pillow I was looking at to go with the memory foam firm mattress. All of this enabled me to make the right choice of both products. The ordering process was quick and easy to follow and Emma explained to me the waiting time (4 weeks) which suited my decorating plans, as well as exposing all the other terms that I needed to understand before finally signing the paperwork. An excellent job done by Emma who has a good customer focus.

I enjoyed looking around the store at so many beds - it is very beautiful and very well laid out and I was amazed how big the store was not having visited there before - the assistant Gary approached me asking if he could help - I explained what I needed and he was really helpful and polite - his knowledge helped me select the bed I needed - I was very happy with the bed and mattress and the price - as Dreams has such a good reputation I felt I had lots of confidence I would get the bed I needed - I was given a date of delivery which was fine for me - I received txs from Dreams informing me of the delivery date then txs from the delivery guys Mark and Paul advising me an approximate time of delivery - the delivery was perfect and the guys were very helpful and pleasant - looking forward to some decent night's sleep from now on - Thank you Dreams

Emma was clear and understanding of my medical needs, she explained the properties of all the different matrices so I could make an informed decision. She tried very hard to arrange an earlier delivery, even offering to organise so I could do a pick up from Swanley. It was no problem to change the delivery date by phone when I realised I had booked the wrong date. A very easy transaction, please pass on my thanks th Emma

Assistants very knowledgeable and able to advise me on the options. They understood my requirement and advised accordingly. We were in a hurry but the whole transaction was dealt with efficiently and quickly. We were told we could test out the bed and exchange if we felt it necessary. The colour coding was very helpful and helped us to focus on just the ones we were interested in.

Given bed information and we made our choice from that.
