The service provided by Emma(Gillingham store) was very professional and friendly. She took the time to understand our needs and was able to explain in detail about the product. She gave us time to discuss privately. She was a credit to the company. The store had a welcoming feel and a great range to choose from.

the sales person was very friendly, took time to understand what I was looking for. I was even offered a cup of tea while I tested the mattresses he was knowledgeable about the products and did not try to sell me the highest price item. All in all a very enjoyable experience this is my second purchase from this store and will definitely return for further purchases

I was directed to the front of the store where were displayed the five types of mattress available and invited to try them out, the attendant colour coding identifying the available options for which I did, in fact, rely on a most helpful assistant (Emma Validation Code 159) who took me through answering all my questions promptly and clearly. Thus am I most satisfied that I have bought a bed, mattress, pillows etc. that are just what I want and with free delivery at a convenient time of my choosing.
