dreams sales person was howard he offord us a hot drinks nothing was to much for him including pillows we might need he was impeccable thank you

we were served by Ian who was very helpful and explained all about the products listened to what we wanted and directed us to the most suitable products .we felt very valued as a customer and nothing seemed to much trouble for him . we will return for future purchases to this branch as the staff were very pleasant and made us feel very welcome in their store . We visited a rival store and the customer service in there was terrible.

The salesperson, Jamie, was very knowledgeable about the products, explained everything to me about the products on offer and the colour coding of the pillows on each type of bed and then left me to take my time to try out. Very impressed.

Emma the lady I dealt with was fantastic offered my little girl a drink which then went over her desk. But it wasn't a problem and handled it very professionally

Store assistant very helpful. Left us to look at leisure but was on hand to answer any questions. Product i was interested in was at the front of the store so easy to find.
