After entering the store and looking at several products the sales reps timing could not have been better as we were just about to ask for some help, and we were talked through and tested the various options available, we made our decision we were offered tea or coffee, our details were taken delivery date arranged we paid and left very happy.

Our assistant Emma was very professional and helpful without being pushy.

Sales person was very friendly and informative, not to pushy just right. Informed us of the extended 8 year warranty on the products we purchased and threw in a few extra incentives to take up the warranty (again not to pushy) Sorted finance out for us quickly and overall very satisfied with her service.
