The sales Lady was absolutely brilliant, as she was the time previously that she served me. I had no intention of replacing my bed, but the service I got while purchasing my Daughters bed was so good I came back to replace mine. I did look to order mine online but decided to go back to see Emma, as I knew she would make sure my order was right. I'm glad I did because I was going to order a Medium mattress. Straight away Emma remembered that I suffered from a bad back, from a conversation we had 3 weeks earlier, whilst ordering my daughters bed. she advised and showed me deferent options. I feel that with the service I received from Emma I am very confident that I am going to love my new bed. A BIG THANKYOU EMMA. I'll be back in 8 years.

I had brought a bed base from dreams sittingbourne a couple of weeks ago, soo just wanted a mattress. The salesman was really helpful with the brand of mattress I was interested in (tempur) and spent time to explain the different types. Without be pushy or overpowering.

Howard the sales assistant greeted us in a friendly manner was very knowledgeable in the product on offer and ran through all the different options available.

Friendly and experienced staff

The sales person was friendly, knowledgeable and did not rush us. He advised us in a way that was helpful rather than pushy.
