Jamie, the sale assistant was very helpful and friendly. He explained everything in detail and knew his products well.

The salesman really helped me to find the right thing. I was especially impressed with his knowledge of bedding and didnt just try to sell me the most expensive product

The assistants knowledge of the product was very good and the help in buying products that will go with bed was outstanding

The staff were informative, helpful, but also allowed us plenty of time to try the beds and discuss our needs together, but equally was more than willing to answer questions as we had them. We also got offered a drink, really good. Everything at checkout wasvexplained fully to. Really pleased

I purchased a bed about 3 years ago with memory foam at same store and was finding the mattress hot and went in to see if the problem could be solved i have mobility problems and the assistant found a few items that could help for me while i sat down and waited I was also offered a drink i purchased a cotton mattress protector which my carer has now placed on the bed and it has helped and now I am sleeping better what I liked there was no heavy sales pressure he was really helpful if there had been heavy sales pressure i would had gone elsewhere
