Emma helped us to find exactly the right bed and mattress, she didn't rush us but helped us to try out multiple types of bed and mattress. She also helped us very well in getting the right accessories for our new bed and with sorting out a complicated delivery where we are in the middle of moving house.

Howard who served us was very helpful and very knowledgable about the products. If we could rate him out of ten. I would rate him 20. He was that good.

Dreams assistant Emma was well spoken and very knowledgeable about the beds also she was very patient and gave good advice and commented on the difference of one item to another She will also work the whole family she understood that we were buying the bed for a son

When we walked in we were allowed time to browse before being approached. When approached Jamie listened to our needs and advised the best items to look at and explained the colour coded system in the store. We were then offered drinks which on a very hot day was really appreciated. Jamie was knowledgable and helpful without being pushy which was refreshing. I would definitely go back in the future when needed.
