The assistant was very helpful and because we got to store near closing, it did not matter, Howard was very helpful and he did not just rush through any questions we asked, very good service.

Jamie was very helpful and patient despite us being undecided and going back into the store 3 times in the same evening. In the end when we decided to go ahead, he didn’t mind at all that he ended up staying late to complete the order

Jaime was very happy and a great knowledge about the products he run a test on me and my partner as when we entered we said we liked different firmness of the mattresses he showed us three different mattress in our price range insisted we laid for a few minutes on each so we could feel the real comfort and allowed us to decide not pushing us which was a nice change from the other bed store we visited that day

I was going to buy a mattress that was way under priced. I was told that in the long run this would not be beneficial for me. I was given the option to choose a better one within my price range. Given a quick delivery time and had a great offer. The sales lady offered me assistance and even a bottle of water if needed. Fantastic staff even though there were just two sales people in and a great price

Whilst understaffed due to one member of staff having to leave early for undisclosed reasons, Jamie made sure to provide the best service possible while I was in store

The customer service was excellent! She was very friendly and certainly knew the products really well. She treated us like a valued customer from start to finish.

We visited and met with one colleague Gary and he done our sleep study and gave us the best bed options. We then returned the following day and was greeted by Emma who greeted us just as welcoming and helped placed our order. Great service.
