Dreams - Gillingham

Friendly welcome from Gary. Explanation of different mattress types. Shown beds and advised to try them. Handed a pillow too. No pressure to buy dearer product- we were left alone to discuss - but was attentive when we called him back. We got our last beds from Dreams and I expect we will buy our next from Dreams.

Jamie was so helpful and professional throughout my visit and explained everything so clearly so I could make the correct decision when buying my bed. He us a credit to dreams and I would personally recommend him to all my family and friends

I was approached quickly by a member of staff who listened to my requirements and recommended a bed which would suit my needs. I was offered a drink as it was a hot day.. service was friendly and efficient.

The knowledge provided by the assistant allowed us to make an informed decision and there was plenty of choice.

Howard approached us to offer assistance as soon as he was aware of us. He gave us the different options for our requirements. He wasn't forceful. We were able to try the beds out for comfort. Howard had good product knowledge and nothing was too much trouble.

I chose Dreams purely due to the customer Service that I received from Ian in the dreams store in Gillingham. Validation code 159. There are three stores in a row that also beds. Ian was the only person out of all three that approach me and offered assistance. One shop ignored me completely, one shop I asked for the lift was and I didn't even assist me into it (I am a disabled electric wheelchair user) Ian pointed out a number of products and explained the difference, he didn't put any pressure on me and left me to look at the beds. I went to the other shops and then came back. Ian left me a few minutes as he could see I was still looking, then approach me to offer assistance again. He went through all the options regarding getting rid of my old mattress, delivery times, dates and charges, insurance, pillows and mattress protector, etc At the end of the sale, Ian also offered to assist me to my car which was very kind. Although the prices in the store not the cheapest I could've chosen, Ian's customer service made the difference. Please pass on my thanks
